We encourage everyone to carpool or rideshare to arrive conveniently and on time at the 2025 Kaneohe Bay Air Show. Safety is our number one concern at the Air Show. The following provides directions to ease your arrival.
Visitors driving in cars, motorcycles, vans and buses can drive through the MCBH Main Gate at the end of the H3 interstate. Upon entering MCBH, security personnel will direct you to the general parking areas. Parking will be available on a first come, first served basis.
Motorcycles
Motorycle riders must have a helmet, goggles, long sleeves, pants, and gloves.
Preferred Parking
Please use the far most left lane when entering the base and make sure you have your parking pass printed and available. Security personnel will direct you to your designated parking area.
Handicap or Handi-Vans can drive through the MCBH Main Gate at the end of the H3 interstate. Please use the far most left lane when entering the base. Security personnel will direct vehicles with official handicap identification to designated handicap parking areas or drop-off location.
Visitors on foot, bicycles and scooters can go onto MCBH using the walking trail extending from Kaneohe Bay Drive to the MCBH Main Gate. The trail entrance is located to the right of the H3 on-ramp, off of Kaneohe Bay Drive, and runs between the right side of the H3 and the Nuʻupia Ponds. Bicycle and scooter users must wear a helmet. Please bring a lock for your bike. DO NOT WALK ON THE H3 INTERSTATE.
For Uber, Lyft and taxi, request a ride to Mokapu Gate. From there you will be directed to the drop-off location at MCX Marine Mart - Mokapu where you will take the shuttle to the air show grounds.
Shuttles will be in service from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, August 9-10.
Note: Residents trying to access the housing areas at stops 2 & 5 will need to provide DoD ID when exiting the shuttle.
Mandatory ID Verification at Air Show Pedestrian Entry Gates
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, 100% identification checks will be conducted at the pedestrian entry gates to the air show grounds. All adults aged 18 and older must present a valid government-issued photo ID displaying their full name to be permitted entry. Guests who are unable to provide proper identification at the pedestrian entry gates will be denied entry.
